Final Podium Scene

In this scene, I wanted to have the 3 racers lined up in order of their places, I wanted Katie to be the winner and to lift a trophy and the other two characters would be crying, I found that making the character cry was quite challenging and I am not overly pleased with the outcome, however I like the way the trophy is lifted. I have again tried to include one of Katie sayings in with some animated text, as it just slots in at the side with a rotation.

Underwater scene

The scene between the tunnel and the beach scene, the race leads to under the sea and as Katie likes Disney, I wanted to add a small Disney reference with the inclusion of Katie pulling the sword out of the stone. Once again I tried to clear the fish from the scene.

Finish Line Scene

This is the scene where Katie crosses the finish line and wins the race, I tried to make sure that it was a close finish whilst also emphasizing a trialing character whilst keeping in the timescale for the particular scene. Again I used the same background movement of the sea waves and the sky.

Beach Scene

This scene shows the characters emerging on the other side of the tunnel in the Ile de re; one of Katies favourite places. I wanted to include some more background moving footage, I had 3 seperate layers for the sea and moved them in different directions to create the movement of the waves, I quite like the effect this had. I also included 2 characters playing volleyball.

Scene 5- Underwater Tunnel scene

This scene shows how the race has moved to underneath the sea, As Katie races to the beaches of Ile de Re, the cars all plunge into the sea floating down out of a tube past the fish, I tried to make sure that all or most of the fish were cleared out by the end of the scene due to being scared away by the cars.

Scene 4- Tunnel scene

In this scene, the race leads to the tunnel which leads to the sea, this is how Katie will get to the sandy beaches of Ile De Re which is one of her favourite places. I had to draw the characters and their cars from behind on photoshop, this proved challenging for the characters of Mario and Luigi as I had no internet artwork of the back of their heads, therefore I had to improvise. I have also tried to include some animated text in this, with OMG (Oh my God) being used as one of Katies phrases, blurring onto the wall as they drive into the tunnel.

Scene 2- Pub scene improved

This is the scene improved, with the inclusion of Mario, I wanted to include at least one other car in the race, I tried to make sure that Katie speeds off before Mario, I think the improvements I made to this scene are good and were needed, and I am pleased with the second scene.
